New reporting from Model D says Detroit's Music Hall will take the name orsa Music Hall under a 25-year, $20 million partnership with orsa Credit Union, the institution formerly known as Community Financial. The deal also backs education and community programming tied to the venue's expansion in the Paradise Valley Cultural + Entertainment District, where a groundbreaking is planned for 2026. Strait has not independently confirmed this. "Orsa Music Hall is about joy, belonging, and long-term belief in Detroit and in the people who create its future," orsa Credit Union president and CEO Tansley Stearns told Model D.
