Detroit Restaurant Week runs November 2 to November 8, 2026. If there's a dining room you've been meaning to try, this is the week to book it.
Participating restaurants serve three-course prix fixe dinner menus priced at $36, $56 or $76. Those prices exclude tax, gratuity and beverages.
The event is presented by Hour Detroit.
## Where to eat in the city
The list reaches out to Birmingham, Dearborn, Novi and Troy, but a good share of it sits inside Detroit.
Marrow in the Market, at 2442 Riopelle St in Eastern Market, goes a course further than most. Its $76 Four-Course Chef's Tasting Experience moves from a flavored bone broth to bone marrow with cider onion jam, then a duck sugo bianco pasta. Its $56 Three-Course Chef's Experience keeps the broth and the duck pasta.
Downtown, Cibo Detroit at 600 W Lafayette Blvd has a $56 menu with choices like mushroom ravioli, black bass and pumpkin cheesecake.
Besa, at 600 Woodward Ave, comes in at $76, with pulled lamb shoulder over brown butter hummus among its first courses.
Le Suprême, on Washington Blvd, serves a $76 French Three-Course Dinner with steak frites or trout amandine made with Michigan rainbow trout. It also has a $36 Parisian Three-Course Lunch.
Ostrea Detroit, at 536 Shelby St, offers a $76 menu with seared ahi tuna or an 8 oz. prime filet mignon as the main.
The Whitney, at 4421 Woodward Ave, has a $76 filet mignon menu and a $56 menu with a choice of chicken or salmon.
Fishbones Cafe in Greektown sits at the easy end of the range with a $36 Southern dinner.
Other Detroit names on the list include Table No. 2 Restaurant, Olin Bar & Kitchen, Sexy Steak and Hiroki-San.
## A dollar for the neighbors
According to the event's site, $1 from every Detroit Restaurant Week meal will benefit local nonprofits, including the Rugiero Promise Foundation, Pewabic Pottery and COTS.
## How it works
The week runs through an app. Diners download the Detroit Restaurant Week app, visit a participating restaurant and check in there to earn points.
Check in at 4 participating restaurants and you're entered to win a $500 gift card prize pack. The diner who earns the most points over the week can win an additional $500 in gift cards.
The organizers also posted a short set of house rules. They expect restaurants to be extremely busy and warn that a place could run out toward the end of a shift. On tipping, they're direct: "please tip at least 20%."
Many restaurants may require you to dine in for the specials, so check the official app to see which ones offer carry-out.
The last day is Sunday, November 8. Menus, hours and the full restaurant list are at restaurantweekdetroit.com.
